    This location did a great job prepping our mobile order. We subbed beans for meat. The oeder was accurate, fast and all the items were wrapped neatly. Would recommend.

    I experienced a pretty dramatic experience in the store today. All the employees were out back when there were customers in the store. No one to take orders. I made a mobile order for pickup even before I left work. I work about 10 minute away. Orders are supposed to be done when customer gets there via mobile app. I waited another 20 minutes for my food and when I asked them about it they laughed and thought it was a joke. The boy with the nose ring should be fired on the spot for treating customers the way he does. This is also not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Grubhub orders take forever. They make one order at at time for drive thru and make you wait at the speaker while they’re making food for the person at the window Only Taco Bell in Hagerstown that’s on point with everything is Dual hwy

    Went through the drive through late night so I'm not sure how the inside of the restaurant was. The hard shell tacos were ok but could have used a little more meat on them

    They do not serve water and require clients and customers by bottled water. We will never come back until this is rectified.
