Placed the ordered twice both got canceled and i only received one refund. I have called the store over 10 times trying to speak with someone and no one will answer the phone.

Then I did an online order to just to get declined by the owner for no damn reason. So now we don’t have the food and our money is gone, maybe we get our refund in a week if not longer. This isn’t nice what they do to the paying customers!!!! I never ever go back there, oh and I was not the only who had that issue today!!!! They should have this on the app who is participating on the deals and who is not!!!! I rather go to Jersey Mike’s!!!!!!

My family member and I had forgotten to inform the other member of our household that they needed to press some sort of “I’m here” button in the Subway app for curbside pickup to be initiated. Otherwise, the staff was pleasant, and the food was hot, ready, and delicious.
