  I ordered delivery through the app two different times, the first time they literally gave me a strawberry ice cream instead of my oreo shake, and then gave me a small fry instead of the large, and then the second time, they completely forgot my drink and my chicken sandwich AFTER the dasher had to wait 45 minutes for ONE MEAL, just to forget half the meal itself anyways. And they don’t even give you an option to get refunded, are you guys not able to make fast food at 8:30pm on a tuesday night?

  Only leaving 5 stars because of an employee named Omini. Decided to give sonic another try after a terrible drive through expierence last week (waited over 15 minutes for a kids corn dog meal, ended up leaving without my food because we got tired of waiting)... Put in the order online amd checked into a spot. Moments after check in the employee informed us that they were out of ice cream mix ins we ordered. We selected others but those were out too. Omini was extremely kind, apologetic, personable and as accommodating as possible. This sonic always seems to be out of many items, have slow service and most of the time, employees that seem like they can't be bothered, but Omini is the exception. 5 stars for Omini, not sonic!

  Hasta 40 minutos esperando una orden, siempre tienen un problema. Horrible venir aquí! Soy dasher y cancelo casi todas las otdenes de este lugar.
