  I just had to leave one of my pizzas behind at this location without a refund. I place a order online and when I pick up and I took a bite of my Pan Pizza I saw how uncooked the center of my pizza was. It was still a little slimy and spongy like actual pizza dough. The edge looked cooked but the center and top of the pizza was still doughy. When I return to the store a few minutes since I didn't leave the area. I was just told that how Papa John have them make these new Pan Pizza. A uncook or not fully cooked pizza can make people sick. My other pizza was fine maybe because it was a New York Style.

  The service was really disappointing. The manager appeared unprofessional and gave the impression of being under the influence while i was ordering, which made the experience uncomfortable.

  Doesn’t pay attention to Grubhub orders. I was even late to pick up the order due to traffic and drove across town to pick up and still wasn’t even started when I got there. When we have to reject orders that aren’t ready This cost grubhub drivers money. If it wasn’t for us there wouldn’t be delivery drivers. I would bet that Grubhub and DoorDash do 2/3s of your orders. Please do better
