  I love the care and details the cake decorater uses. They do an amazing job everyone always love the cakes I get and are very impressed it's from Martin's! Keep up the good work!

  Shame on you! Every vegetable i ordered online for pick up was rotten. Not only the pick up time has been inaccurate but now you are making us paying a bunch of money for bad vegetables. I wish if this would let me share the pictures. If it was one item, no biggie but it was mushy cucumber, rotten lettuce, rotten grabes, rotten blueberries....no integrity.

  Have never been a fan of this Martins since I first started visiting Hagerstown 25 yrs ago… and during the Pandemic it was pathetic compared to other Martins within 45 miles… Management has always felt substandard and you get the feeling because Hagerstown is a very blue collar, not a highly educated town with a high elderly population…. They think they can treat those that shop there with callous disregard because where else are they going to shop. They’ve even managed to run the StarBucks into the ground with completely untrained employees while chasing away the few that knew what they were doing. If StarBucks is supposed to be a leader for the store .. they’ve screwed that up. I don’t drink SBs but my family does and the disappointment has gotten so bad they’ve stop purchasing anything unless they recognize some who knows what they are doing. I realize that hiring is difficult but the constant turnover has to be excessive even for the grocery store industry.. there have been times I’ve recognized an employee with the store manager, assistant manager or someone manning the customer service desk and when I’ve followed up with the employee wks later they say they were never recognized… I’ve never complained about an employee regardless of how poor the service may have been because I hold the management responsible and Martins Corporate for poor leadership, poor training and a just overly poor run store…

  Staff was friendly and helpful with helping me out with finding the items that I needed and helping me out when I was trying to figure out a substitute item for a new meal I had planned on making for dinner.

  Wouldn’t let me purchase a gift card at 10:20pm even though online it says you can get them up until the store closes.
