    This people in this location NEVER HAVE enough ice cream flavors Or products to make shakes or banana splits Is a waste of time coming to this location period!!!!!

    We live across the street, but I can't even count how many times we leave this Dunkin location disappointed. We would go here everyday if our orders weren't messed up constantly. We will actually drive to another location, instead of just taking the walk across the street sometimes. Our orders have been messed up more times than they've been correct. One time I walked in-no customers in the drive through, no customers inside- and they told me "were really backed up right now you might want to go somewhere else" So I did! Just another mess up today, ordered the new ultimate sandwich, and didn't get the bacon jam. New sandwich is closer to 6$, plain bacon egg and cheese is closer to 5$. So I paid the new price- but didn't get the new product. Tired of giving this place the benefit of the doubt. The staff is pretty friendly over all though. Just don't want to keep spending money and not getting what we pay for.

    I come here constantly and order a large caramel craze with oatmilk this morning my app changed it to whole milk without me realizing I tell them before I wvsn put the straw in and she tells me you can order another our owner doesn’t allow us to remake them for free

    First, I appreciate how so many employees have memorized my drink order at this location. Everyone is so friendly. Second, I ordered a cake and was pleasantly surprised by quality and taste! I highly recommend this location.

    Meghan is wonderful !! She is outgoing and friendly, everything you’d want when ordering from a fast food place! She clearly knows what she’s doing, she should be a shift lead so everyone else can have customer service just like her!
