So I go in & I used the kiosk to order, went through the process, scanned my QR code.:. After scanning my free coffee, it took my points yet didn’t take the charge for the coffee off. I asked the man at the counter about it, he rerang my order at the counter & scanned my points again… & AGAIN… no money taken off. Which I had TOLD HIM AREADY that it WASNT going to work because the first transaction had already taken my 600 points. So needless to say I had to cancel the whole order, FRUSTRATED, because they offered NO solution to fix the issue & I was just told that it would probably take 3-5 business days for my points to go back on. So let’s see if they even do. Smh.
