- TCTori CoxJan 19, 20262.0Today was my worst Dunkin experience EVER 😅 so I went the lady I saw at the window ignored me over and over when I was asking her for a pup cup for my dog. And I mean changes the subject and talks to another that that was working. I asked her maybe 7 times before I finally got an answer out of her. She tells me it’s company policy she cannot give me whip cream unless it’s on my drink because again it’s company policy not to give it out. Uhh lady I’ve been getting pup cups for YEARS! What do you mean Dunkin doesn’t do pup cups???!?! She was so rude and that’s all I wanna talk about cause my poor husky had to go without his daily treat and he’s mad at me now 🙃

So I go in & I used the kiosk to order, went through the process, scanned my QR code.:. After scanning my free coffee, it took my points yet didn’t take the charge for the coffee off. I asked the man at the counter about it, he rerang my order at the counter & scanned my points again… & AGAIN… no money taken off. Which I had TOLD HIM AREADY that it WASNT going to work because the first transaction had already taken my 600 points. So needless to say I had to cancel the whole order, FRUSTRATED, because they offered NO solution to fix the issue & I was just told that it would probably take 3-5 business days for my points to go back on. So let’s see if they even do. Smh.
