I was yelled at across the lobby due to them, not giving me change through the drive-through an made fun of due to the change only being a dollar “ and laughed at due to the first go around me having to come back Again I was yelled at across The lobby told goodbye, very disrespectfully and loudly and how basically I don’t know what I’m talking about how she knows me and recognizes me because she waited on me yesterday. Her name is Ariel, the most disgusting, unprofessional, aggressive attitude and behavior, lack majorly and professionalism, maturity, and communication skills. very disappointed in this interaction I’ve never had to deal with before do better Dunkin this behavior shouldn’t be tolerated what so ever ide be pulling the cameras and pulling her aside asap ! I work two jobs an one being in food service this is not at all how customer service should be what so ever !

The bacon on the sandwich was raw and still pink, and the hashbrowns were barely warm, and raw in the middle. This is not the first time this has happened, it is actually rare that the food from this location is fully cooked. The employees also seem to have an attitude if you ask them to cook the food longer. Do not recommend.
