I'm vegetarian and get veggie and 2 of those times I either gotten meat in the burrito or once was just a chunk of chicken in the side of queso. Corporate has been kind enough to give me 2 free entrees so far but seriously, they mess up every time. I don't get their guac because it's hit or miss but each time the the veggie burrito still has the guac on it. They're just sloppy

This lady time I went i ordered extra chicken which I'd almost $4 extra and when I get home there is barley any beans rice or chicken it was so pitiful. Had to wait 15 mins for steak to cook and when it was done they took it over to the drive thru area.while I was waiting the young lady took a soapy towel to clean off where they prepare your orders. She was knocking food off the preparation area back into where the food is kept.all the tables were filthy.the area where you get drinks and utensils was disgusting. All the utensils were out.oh and the last time I was here I watched an employee serving in the drive thru drop soda lids on the floor and put them back to be used..also tonight I saw a piece of green pepper that still had the sticker on it.are stickers supposed to be edible?
