  I've been here probably 20 times over the last 10 years (not by choice) and literally every single time my order is wrong. Carry out always has a line of people that have been waiting 20+ minutes, food comes out 30+ minutes later than promised, and the food is wrong. Literally every. single. time. I hear customers complain every time I'm here too. I have no idea how this place is still in business. I have never once had a good experience here and will be thankful when they shut down and my friends stop wanting to come here. Don't come here hungry or you will leave hangry.

  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE waited 10 minutes 3 employees walked by the 2 of us and 3 young ladies in front of us the 3 young girls left after not being acknowledged we did the same the girls went to outback we went to Chili's STAY AWAY from bww

  Had a carryout order here a couple of months ago and realized we were missing food when we got home. Called the restaurant and talked to a manager who said they would refund back what was missing and said it would take 4-6 weeks to post back to my card. Never happened. That manager needs fired for lying. I would have drove back to get the missing food but it wasn't worth the 20 minute drive back. Lesson learned i should have went back or checked my food before leaving.

  The worst restaurant service I have ever experienced. The ‘waitress’ should have just said ‘Please leave, I don’t want you here’. We believe her name is Penny. She was downright insufferable and so extremely unpleasant. A party of 4 of us stood at the front for several minutes, confused as to why this ‘waitress’ kept walking by but never made eye contact. I eventually asked if we should seat ourselves as there was no sign that said otherwise and she was very clearly Avoiding us. She responded with a hostile ‘no’ while throwing her hands in the air and then proceeded to tell us to go sit down wherever. Once we sat at a high top in the bar area, she came over and went around the bar, never once making eye contact. She just looked miserable. We sat for a few minutes and then all of a sudden, this ‘waitress’ begins complaining loudly to a patron at the bar that the guy she was serving left her no tip. At this point, I turned around and told her the reason she isn’t getting tips is because of her absolute trash attitude. My party of 4 left and we went to chillis instead. Where we received some of the best customer service ever provided. DONT GO HERE, just ride right over to chillis instead!

  The bartenders are awesome. Their service is really good, but the wings? Omg the worst. They advertise “spun” wings but….that is a joke. The kitchen staff only sprinkles seasonings over the top of the wings. They don’t coat them. Absolutely not spun. The 1/2 off wings mean half the seasoning I guess. And any wings under the celery get no seasoning at all. Is this the norm? YES! Every freaking week. We meet friends here every week and that…,and the bartenders is why we come. The kitchen staff sucks. Lazy. Every week we have to ask for more seasonings so we can do their job for them. Where is the manager? Where is the supervision of the kitchen? Come for the bartenders, not the food. The Frederick location has MUCH better food. UPDATE: second time in a row that the wings had a little seasoning sprinkled on the top and absolutely none on the bottom. I posted a pic this week. I’ll keep updating every week as the poor kitchen service continues. FYI the shift manager is the person who brought me my wings so no one is checking these orders.
