  Pretty sure they put milk in an oat milk for someone with lactose intolerance. Caused severe gastro stress. Food allergies should be doubled confirmed at this location.

  Worst Dunkin imaginable. Frequently messes up orders, makes drinks wrong. I have been handed iced coffee rather than lattes multiple times. One time I waited 15 minutes for a drink they were out of, and instead of saying something just let me sit there. This morning I thought I might swing by give them another chance, but yet still the worst service imaginable. I sat at the empty drive thru for 7 minutes, never acknowledged once. No “we’ll be right with you” so I assumed maybe it was broken. I pulled up to the window. Sat there for 4 minutes seeing people inside, and it appeared the woman was talking on the headset maybe to someone else who had come through the drive thru, she made eye contact with me, and when she’d finished speaking walked away. Once again not acknowledging me. I will NEVER be wasting my time with such disrespect ever again, and I am not someone to leave reviews like this, and as someone who works in a service industry, someone who worked at Starbucks, I understand the hectic work environment, however this consistent behavior is ridiculous and outright rude.

  Okay to me, Dunkin Donuts is...well, when I think of stopping for a couple of donuts (yes, two. I *want* more, but I'm usually sometimes kinda able to control myself), the feeling is the same as knowing I have an audition to go to. Or a self-tape to submit. I mean it's close - very close - to that feeling of arousal. Because I live to audition just as much as I live to act. Now it IS true that auditioning and acting doesn't make me drool. But eating those donuts...man, that's... Mm. So good. Oo, hey... maybe I should audition for a DD commercial 🤔 You know, cuz then I could be happily eating my donut... "Um, hey. Can we do that again? It didn't feel, you know... REAL." Then on take 15 I could be happily ill. Love Dunkin.

  I got an iced tea and once home after taking a sip or two I saw something floating at the bottom of my drink. I called the Dunkin at this location and a man hung up on me and the next few times I tried calling my call was ignored or I got a busy tone. Finally a female answered and I told her my concern to which she replied "it might be mold from the machine I'm not sure the last time someone cleaned those". I am absolutely disgusted considering prices are going up and customer service and quality seem to be declining.
