  I ordered on the app and when I got there they told me they were out of what I ordered. Ok thats fine I would like my money back please. My son will only eat a certain kind. The owner or the lady that was in charge was so rude!! She told me next time I have to ask if they have them or not. I said I ordered off the app. She said that didnt matter I still have to ask first. Uum mam why are we arguing just give me my money back? She was so bothered by it. Then as she is giving me my refund she told me that I am now making their register short bc they cant do credit card refunds. Thats not my problem. She needs to learn customer service. I will not be back to this location.

  I had gotten a mangonada from them in which my hubby asked for a little more chamoy sauce. They got carried away with the extra to the point we're it burned my thought. About 3 days later I took it back inside and they were SO rude and said why didn't you bring it right back. My hubby was in a car accident SAME day so we spent about 13 hours at Meritus. I had the receipt so what's the problem. They are so rude and tried to over take me. They don't even deserve 1 star for the bad customer service and lack of intelligence. They did NOT make it over. I left it sitting there on the counter. They said it cost to much money to remake. Them sorry excuse for men acted like I was lying about my hubby being in an accident. It cost more in gas driving from West Virginina than the cost of the mangonada. I will NEVER go there again NEVER NEVER NEVER

  When I tell you this place is trash I mean that whole heartedly this is the second time I’ve paid cash an wasn’t given a receipt or change they Stole $15 I have called over 50 times I would go in in person but knowing myself I know that if I do so I’m going to be beyond at the point of irritation due to me calling so many times and leaving voicemails they profited $15 off of a five dollar coffeethey refuse to give money back. They refused to pick the phone up. The customer service is disgustingly, gross and unprofessional.

  Don't order the new banana dulce de Leche shake! Tasted only like vanilla and was runny..not thick like a milkshake. I went in to complain after doing drive thru. He said, no, it's banana. I said it tastes like vanilla and its all melted. He said he put 4 scoops of banana ice cream. That's ridiculous if true. And they didn't try to make it right or ask of i want something else. They just said nope its right.
