  The workers kept on gaslighting and arguing with me even though i was comparing the sizes in front them of the breakfast filets with the lunch filets,I ordered two lunch filets during breakfast service. Upon checking my order, I realized I had been given two breakfast filets instead. When I brought this to the attention of your staff and compared the sizes for them using a sandwich I had also purchased, they repeatedly argued with me and denied the mistake. After a lengthy exchange and lots of gaslighting, the staff only replaced one of the two filets I had paid for. I am disappointed not only by the incorrect order but primarily by the argumentative attitude and dismissive behavior of the workers involved. I hope this will be addressed to ensure better customer service in the future.

  Service was ok. Fries weren't good. Strawberry shake I had was nice. Place was very busy.

  Stopped here on 3/31/26 2:44. It sure felt and tasted great to eat at a five star restaurant 😁. Service was great, fast, and fresh. Everything was made correctly, and of course fresh. This location definitely lives up to the standards of service that chic fil a always delivers. On another note I am a person who pays attention to details. While I was standing in line I of course got to looking around and I must say when I looked up at the entrance there are windows up high, and these windows were crystal clear down to the window seal. I was impressed. Little things like that are important to some people. I just would like to say great job chic fil a Team 👍👍👍👍😀😀😀😀👌. I definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area.💯

  After waiting ten mins for cold food, it took another five to get our drinks. At least six workers on duty, but can't be bothered to greet customers or actively fill orders. Food looked unappealing and what shoddily put together. One sandwich had one pickle and the other burnt bacon crisps on a premium sandwich. Go to the location on Sharpsburg Pike instead

  Came to Chick-fil-A on a particularly busy day but didn't suspect anything of it because this location is usually on point no matter what. But my sandwich was cold, my Mac and cheese wasn't even cooked all the way it had bits of uncooked cheese and was very unpleasant, and instead of honey mustard I got honey roasted bbq. Extremely disappointed in my meal.
