The wings were cooked good but absolutely drenched in sauce. Like half a bottle of sauce for 6 wings and that's probably not an exaggeration lol.

Went there with some friends to watch NCAA championship game. Got there and the game wasn’t even on the TVs. Music was blaring and we asked to turn on the audio for the game, employee said they had to check with the manager but we never heard back and the game audio never came on. Service was painfully slow, might have been 15-20 other people in the restaurant but it was still slow. Paid $11 for 6 of the smallest chicken wings I’ve ever seen. Server was not at all personable and not at all responsive to requests or refills. This place has certainly gone down hill. I would recommend other establishments for watching sporting events.

Had the pick 6 special...wasn't too bad...wings were good, tots were hard and crunchy. Had a sweet tea cuz they couldn't give me the mixed lemonade drink with the pick 6 but was same price as the other drinks??? Couldn't give me my military discount cuz I ordered the pick 6???... Wings look like the shrunk...used to be much bigger pieces....$11.49 for a appetizer!!! Cheeze curds...seems a bit high!?

A couple of pals and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings thinking we’d grab some wings, watch some sports, and have a normal dinner. Instead, we experienced the world’s slowest relay race… but with food. We all ordered at the same time, like normal human beings. What followed was a 10–15 minute interval release schedule like the kitchen was dropping meals one at a time just to keep the suspense alive. First plate arrives. Cool. Ten minutes later… another plate. Another ten minutes later… the last plate finally arrives like it just completed a cross-country journey on foot. So we basically spent dinner watching each other eat one at a time like it was dinner theater. One guy finished half his meal while another guy was still staring at an empty table wondering if his food got lost somewhere between the fryer and Narnia. To make things even better, they forgot my friend’s beer cheese entirely, which honestly might still be wandering around the kitchen looking for our table. Now to be fair, our waitress was great (and honestly a total baddie), so I genuinely feel bad even writing this because she was doing her job. If anything, she’s probably getting worse tips because the kitchen is moving like it’s powered by dial-up internet. Buffalo Wild Wings… respectfully… please get the kitchen together. When a table orders food together, the goal is usually for everyone to eat at the same time — not participate in a slow drip chicken tasting experience.

This will be the last time at the Hagerstown Buffalo Wild Wings. We ordered a fried pickle appetizer and it came out with the most pitiful amount for a $10 appetizer. I would expect to get at least a little bit more. Our kids food came out about 15 minutes before mine and my wife’s food when me and my wife finally got our food our wings were dry and cold. They were lacking in sauce. We also ordered the tater trio. The french fries were cold. The tater tots were way overcooked plus side is the potato wedges and queso cheese were quite delicious. Service was pretty good. She took care of us kept our drinks full however, the kitchen is in severe need for overhaul if they could just manage to get that kitchen under control and to produce a standard set of food, this Buffalo Wild Wings would probably be pretty good. It looks like now if I want Buffalo Wild Wings, I’m going to have to travel to Martinsburg and see if that one is any better.
