They don't bother updating their stock on doordash so you end up ordering flavors that they don't have virtually every time you order from there you have to substitute. And then they don't want to lift a finger to fix it you have to be the one to call doordash and deal with all that for their screw up! I will never ever ever order from here ever ever ever again!!!!!!!!

My wife and I went in here to get ice cream and there were 3 girls standing behind the counter near the drive thru they were talking and laughing amongst each other. They looked at my wife and I and completely ignored us so we asked them if we could order and the one girl said no they didn't feel like working today and they weren't helping anyone. We thought that they were joking but when all 3 of them turned around and walked into the back we could hear the one girl say. They must think I'm playing. So we just left . This place needs to be shut down.

Stopped by for later night ice cream with some friends and was pleasantly surprised. The shop was clean and the staff was really friendly. It's ice cream, so of course it was good, it was the staff that will bring me back.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
