  I put in a moble order and picked up through the drive thru. I ordered the BOGO sandwiches. A French dip and a chicken sandwich plain. Got home and had a burnt bun with lettuce tomato and mayo but no chicken! Of course they wont answer the phone! Absolutely unacceptable!

  Went through the drive through. Ordered a Greek Gyro meal large. My Gyro was covered in sauce and I asked for no onions and got onions. I had to wait for over 5 minutes for the people in front of me to get there food. They didn't park cars like the should have. On the plus side my fries were hot.

  What yall got going on over there that a PLASTIC SLEEVE ends up balled up at the bottom of my fries???? Just NASTY this why people say not to eat at Arby’s huh!!

  It happed to me don’t let it be you! Order the new fish sandwich meals waited for at least 15 minutes only to get cold sloppy old sandwich’s and mind you this food isn’t cheap! Just trying to figure out we were waiting for if the fish sandwich wasn’t cooked to order?! Aye don’t waste your money!
