I arrived at about 845PM and after sitting at the order board for a few minutes, I pulled up to the window and was told they were closed. The owner needs to be told that his emoyees are losing him business by closing early.

After that I was asked to hold on I set at the speaker for 10 minutes. We someone finally did come to the speaker he was very rude. And did not wait on me. He told me to have s nice day, after I told him I was upset because I was sitting there that long. I pulled to the window and all the lights was off and no one came to the window. This was the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant. Not only I didn't get waited on I was disrespected. I mean what happened to good customer service. I will never go to this location everrrr again.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
