She told them we were willing to wait the additional time. The server taking the order ignored the request, so my sister asked if she heard her. She responded ok, anything else( in a rude tone). The sandwiches were hot, but raw in places. Unacceptable!

If people, order something they probably want what they ordered. If you don’t, for whatever reason, have that, you should probably CANCEL the order, NOT make your own substitutions. Also the nuggets at this location taste really stale and awful. There’s a much better Wendy’s like 5 minutes from this one(Beltway Plaza?) they are AMAZING every time, but they were closed. This Wendy’s though, NEVER AGAIN.

Can't recall a good order at this specific location, but I'm sure there's been at least 1 good time over all these years. Anyway, there's a Wendy's location maybe 5 minutes or less down the road at Beltway Plaza Mall Shopping Center, if you really want Wendy's in Greenbelt go there instead, they usually do things right and within a reasonable timeframe.
