- AFAbigail FellencerFeb 4, 20261.0I will never support any store in this plaza ever again!! I drive truck and needed a place to leave my rental car while I delivered a load and came back. The stores were closed when I parked there, but I intended to do some shopping when I came back from delivery. However, when I came back I found the car missing. When I called the police they informed me that it had been towed, and gave me the number to call. The car was towed within an hour and a half of being parked, and those spots weren't even needed. I purposely parked by a snowbank, far out, trying to be as out of the way as possible. Now, instead of supporting this plaza, repeatedly, as I pass it often in my line of work, it is now blacklisted for being absolutely unreasonable with their towing policy! This policy is not helping your business, but it is definitely, unnecessarily chasing business from honest, hard-working people away. It needs to be clearly indicated what is meant by "unauthorized parking," as you never get a special authorization to park there when shopping, so what does "authorized" mean to this place? Specify on the signage!! What a way to make a person's rough day exponentially more difficult. Unbelievable!! We are now waiting at a dark, fenced area, where our car was towed, for who knows how long, for a tow truck driver to come from who knows where, to accept our payment and open the gate so we can get our car back, to the tune of at least $175! Whatever you do, don't leave your car unattended here!! It's not a "safeway" to park!!

I had to deliver a load. (I drive truck) I returned to find that my car was TOWED???!!! ABSOLUTELY DIDN'T SEE ANY SIGNS POSTED ABOUT TOWING!!!! My car was towed an HOUR after parking!!! AN HOUR?!?!
