    Delivery was fast but a kind sad experience. The pizza arrived with mid parts soggy crust, raw tasting mushroom, barely any pepperoni, and all the “extras” I paid for were almost nonexistent. It’s definitely become a thing that when u order through apps like Uber Eats, even though overpriced, u will be getting the most basic version of what you paid for. Not worth it.

    I am sorry, I love Papa John's it's just this particular location is horrible. Every time I go, something is wrong. Two different times I ordered online and when I went to go pick it up they said they never got an order. The last time I went there they served us raw pizza, the dough was uncooked (photos). The only reason I tried this place so many times is because I love Papa John's and this is the closest one to my house. The staff there is lazy and I will not go there again.

    I had a special request to pick up 8 pizzas for a meeting at the time the store normally is just opening. I called the day before and placed my order...but forgot to make a payment! I had said I would come by in person to pay cash and just forgot. The next morning, in a panic, I stopped by the store before they were open. I knocked when I saw someone inside. The manager, Malik, gave me a chance to tell him why I was there early and he let me inside to complete the order with my payment. The pizzas were done on time and Steven even met me at my car with the pizzas when I came by to pick them up. These guys are a class act and very warm-hearted, good people. I really don't understand why there are one-star reviews for this store. We will be ordering from you again, for sure! Thanks so much!
