They playing with this bacon, they said you are supposed to get 8 pieces but they gave me 4 broken pieces. I should have gotten my money back but I had somewhere to be. They keep doing this and it sucks because I really like the snacking bacon. I really could just save my money and made this at home later with some patience but my impatience made me spend my money and it wasn’t even worth it, coffee is though. The place looks the same Everytime I come, could get cleaned more but not bad. The time of day doesn’t matter it’s the same. Staff is always friendly whether I have an attitude or not, maybe because they know they are getting over and since they have a smile no one will complain. They are sweet though. Always.

I received some coupons in the mail that I could use at this location. On Nov. 28, I ordered in the drive thru, mentioning my coupon, and then at the window I gave the young lady my coupon before presenting my Dunkin' app to pay for the order. The cashier scanned my app and handed me back the coupon saying the app took care of it. I was confused so I refreshed my app to see what I was charged and I saw I was charged the full amount, not the coupon amount. I brought it to her attention and she just said "well I scanned the app first." Clearly she isn't the brightest bulb in the box so I just left it alone and figured I'd complain to corporate. I did send in a complaint and they said I should be hearing from the franchisee in the next 2 business days but it has been over a month and I have not. Do not go to this location - their staff is not properly trained to use coupons that their own store mails out.

I always order a caramel craze latte and it should taste sweet right? No they never make it sweet it always taste bitter and I keep making the mistake of coming back.

Donuts are fine. My issue is I keep ordering a latte or cappuccino and I am getting just regular coffee with some milk splashed in it. Feeling like I'm getting robbed at this point. I would start checking if you order coffee. Learn from me, Pop the lid before you walk out the door.
