The core issues were poor customer service and unacceptable operational failures: Poor Preparation & Missing Items: My order was prepared incorrectly, and upon inspection, items were missing. Rude and Unwelcoming Service: The two staff members working were rude, failed to greet customers, offered no smiles, and provided no apology for the errors. Unacceptable Refund Delay: When trying to process a refund for the errors, the staff did not know how to operate the system. I waited 23 minutes while they struggled, eventually requiring them to call a manager over the phone to complete the transaction. This level of operational incompetence is unacceptable. Dirty Environment: The dining area and service counter were visibly dirty. It is clear this location is understaffed and poorly trained, leading to a complete breakdown of service and cleanliness. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
