- JHJames HsuSep 20, 20255.0The owner, she has the most selection of icecream cakes of any BR anywhere, and I’ve been to all of them! She especially makes sure that she stocks mint chocolate icecream cakes for me and about 4 other regular customers, even though it’s not the most popular flavor. It is obvious this store specializes in cakes. Her custom writings on the cakes are always done with care and great calligraphy. All flavors and sizes of icecream cakes are always in stock at this location, which is why I always return to this store. Thank you owner!

Can I just say Oh my god the cake was a complete disappointment I order a cake that had picture on top and picture was probably not sticked right or put in right because it was sticking out from the sides and it has like air bubbles in the middle. This use to never happen maybe the new cake maker does not have enough experience or enough training please train your cake maker. BY THE WAY same thing happen with the last year cake so yes definitely not coming here any more for cakes

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
