    The people are great. The people are always great. What’s wrong is corporate. I guess what got me the most upset was they acted like I was the problem. They acted like everything was fine except for me and they could cook it longer. If that’s the way I want it. What I want is a burger that’s not pink in the middle it’s not Wagyu beef. It’s not gently pink. It’s bloody well raw and then to treat me like I’m the one creating the problem when all I’m trying to do is keep somebody from getting sick because you’re not cooking your meat properly if you say, this is cooked the temperature then you better get yourself a new thermometer Corporate has crap meat telling people it’s cooked to temperature when it’s raw. you can’t serve raw meat. It’s not cooked so my replacement was overcooked and still pink in the middle. Go figure cheap DYED meat. I will never come here again. I will never order another burger from Arby’s and I just wish that there was someone who actually cared about My wasted time and wasted money. Also, I’m not interested in any crocodile tears from Arby’s owner… Because they’re told to respond to Google reviews Just be at knowing I’m gonna badmouth this place and Arby’s forever

    I asked for all my food to be hot and fresh and they gave us cold food, And the wrong food. And the service was even worse. The management there is not inviting, and has a horrible attitude. Waste of money even for fast food.

    Stopped for gas and coffee! Nice customer service. Located next to Pilot (another big store)!!!
