- RMRoxanna Mohr2 days ago1.0Couldn't even finish placing my order at the drive thru because the woman kept ending the order and rushing us. We then got to the window and was told we had to go through the entire drive thru again. Which is ridiculous. They were rude. They should have let us finish our order at the window.

Most of the time they don't even look in your direction. I have literally had a worker open the window, push the food out without looking to the side once and no words spoken and just shut the window. I have tried the super friendly approach and said, "hi, how are you?" Which was met with no response. A thank you which was answered with no words, a straight face and walking away. Seriously. I don't know what the deal with the workers at this location is but they are so freaking rude for no reason. In regards to the food! They do not fill the fries most of the time and they always.... Always .... Forget the sauce! Im starting to think they do it on purpose. Who ever owns and manages this location needs to start fresh.
- JLJordan LorraineApr 2, 20265.0Who ever is on the night shift tonight a young lady is out here HANDLING BUSINESS getting it done with a positive attitude she’s working the drive thru and while maintaining all the orders she pulled me to the window and still had a positive attitude while also making sure everything was in the bag! These days people are quick to leave negative reviews however I give credit when it’s due this day and age.

In today's Adventures of not getting it right, I confirmed with three different people that I wanted a regular Coke with no ice and I received a Diet Coke with no ice. Which I get to find out the hard way of drinking the Coke and having an adverse reaction. With no receipt to even give feedback.
