  Well this is a bit long but stick with me, there is a head supervisor that I'm 90% sure his name is Bryan. He normally works nights and closing. My fiance and I don't get of work till late so normally we get to food Lion around 10:15 and have to hurry up and get what we need. Tonight was my 2nd incecedent with this guy. My fiance left her phone in the store, I know it was in there cuz I GPS'd it from my phone. As I'm waiting to ask him if she can run in real quick to grab it she started a conversation with a younger girl that worked there and was walking outside for her ride. She said it shouldn't be a problem at all, then I see him coming out explained my situation and told him I know exactly where it is.. and even said I can call it and you can go grab it ( literally like 50 feet away). And he said no I have a date tonight and just don't have the time. At first I thought it was a joke, but then he continued to lock the doors. I almost lost it but that wouldn't solve anything. So we both kept it cool and he said be here at 7 A. M. To get it. And I said well I have work at 5:30 and I will have our only vehicle for most of the day. And he looked right at me and said well maybe your girl should of thought about that before she left her phone in the store😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬. Even the girl that worked there was apologizing. And then about a month and a half ago, as I explained earlier we normally get there pretty late so when we were leaving I saw him with his hood up in the parking lot, so I thought I would do my good deed for the day and ask him if he needed some help or a jump. And he looked at me like I had 3 heads. Like the car and him were way above my lifestyle... And if I'm being honest I can't remember exactly what he said but I remember I was so disgusted leaving that parking lot. I was just trying to help, never saw the guy in my life and then seeing him sometime later and this happened... I'm going all in! I will be going as high up the ladder I can to get this right, he was so disrespectful and I will pray for him because for the 2 times we met and that's the 2 exchanges that happened I don't think he should be working in an environment where customer service is your main job. Ok, got it off my chest, I'm going in first thing at 7a.m. tomorrow to get the phone (also will be going to work late for this). So I will make sure something gets resolved ... Anyone else has any problems with this guy please let me know! Thanks

  This store was really busy. A lot of items I wanted/needed were sold out. Most of the shelves were empty. The environment and employees were nice.

  poor management, the digital coupons never work, the self checkout wouldn't take my coins, the shelves are empty. how hard is it to keep up with inventory? it's always crowded and hard to find parking.
