  I have been to almost 10 different locations and this has the best tasting wraps. The cut them and it just seems like they take pride in making almost like they are making it for themselves. Keep it up!

  This is my first time ordering from this place and my smoothie was bland. No sweetness, no strong peanut butter banana taste. It was just full of ice. Waste of money.

  I came to this store with my Girlfriend for the first time and i never ordered here before and wanted to get the same thing as my girlfriend, i order a acai bowl with nutella but i didnt know it came with coconut and it was my mistake that i didnt know but it was my first time ordering here, so i came back and i apologize and asked respectfully and nicely to ask if i can get it remade or changed without coconut, the worker or manager i dont know what position he in but he came and told me that its in the menu but i didnt really see it by mistake because of my poor vision and i kindly told him that i didnt know and that its my first time and he started to get aggressive with me and being very rude and got loud with me and accused me of opening the cup and eating it and told me next time i should look at the menu better like im dumb, i told him if he doesnt want to remake it and be this rude to me i can just get my refund for just one acai bowl, i would understand if i ate some of it and brought it back like that but i didnt even open it or even take one bite it was all intact upside down in the bag , i told him im not lying its in the same place and he ended up snatching the bowl out of my hands and throwing it hard in the in the trash and told me to get out or else he will call the cops but i told him to do it because im not leaving without me bowl getting remade or a refund and told me i can make the complaint here and i recorded a video of the situation because i felt scared and threatened and he proceeded to walk up to me like he was gonna do something, i was so scared i didnt know what to do, all i did was politely and respectfully ask was a question to see if i can get it remade and this is how i get treated for my first time coming here i felt threatened and scared and i have pictures and video proof of the whole situation it all happened on Sunday October 5th 2025 at 2:14 pm u can check the cameras all i did was just be respectful and nice and he cussed me out and flipped me off as i walked out after the other worker gives me a new acai bowl but my first time experiencing here was the worst i think you should get rid of this guy here. and i would like contact HR or corporate or the boss of this rude guy.
