Asked the person at the window what’s up, “I don’t make the food, when it’s made I’ll bring it up” yea sure i get that just trying to figure out why there’s such a long wait. 0 explanation, no waiting on xyz, just the food ain’t ready you will get it when you get it. Horrible customer service, at that point just asked for a refund as I didn’t trust or expect them to be able to get us food in a reasonable time. Go else where
- AJabigael josephDec 26, 20251.0If I could i would give it a -0 star review.Went to order a veggie bowl one of my favorite meals from tacobell that i order atleast twice a week on my way to work first of all line was too long had to wait in the drive thru for 20mins so i ended up being late for work,second of all currently in the breakroom trying to get my food and heat it up but the bowl just has some little rice, beans and lettuce. No sour cream or avocado and chesse and like it should. The food looks like someone ate it and didn't finish it approximately 5 spoonfuls and the bowl is done. I have to throw the food away because I don't trust it and I'm never getting any food from tacobell
