    So yummy! And great service! I got caramel latte that I didn’t like and they made my regular latte for free! Such good service, clean and great ambiance

    2 days ago, I had grilled cheese, it wasnt even toasted and sloppy. Then today I got a cinnamon toast crunch and it wasnt even baked or toasted. This used to be my favorite PB, not anymore. What did you do??

    I usually buy broccoli and cheddar soup twice a week there. Today i tried the cheesesteak and the broccoli soup the soup had little tiny bits of the broccoli heads in there hardly any. And the cheesesteak had hardly any meat all it was was red peppers mayonnaise and hardly any meat. The food is usually good today it was horrible

    While the food is normally good, I was totally disgusted when I watched an employee.Carrying a stack of plastic bowl covers dropped one on the floor picked it up and put it back in the stack. If he Is that disgusting there, How disgusting are they in preparing food?

    The girl at the reception should not be working there. Such a non helpful attitude. And they expect you to tip them on a pickup order. My drink shrunk now so it’s a same price for 30% less drink. $1.60 for crème cheese? I am done with Panera!
