- KEKeyonna E.Feb 6, 20262.0I went to outback last night 2/5/2026 for dinner i didn’t have wait long for a table but the table they offered me was the last table near they kitchen area when plenty of other tables was available it was a lot high traffic from kitchen area they brought out burnt bread twice finally after waiting 20-25 mins the sever came out to take my order which was the barbecue wings I asked for spinach dip and if they could add grilled shrimp on it, he told me yes the grilled shrimp did not come on top of it. I ordered the salmon which was topped a sauce mushrooms and shrimp loaded potato’s add, garlic butter, and broccoli Well done. Well, my chicken wings came out first I waited so long for my order of food salmon dinner finally came out but The food was ice cold. I requested the Manager because all they offered to do was reheat my food. Why would I want my food reheat I have already been waiting a long time for the order and instead of them putting the garlic butter on my loaded mashed potatoes they bring me a separate order of mashed potatoes. The Manager on duty only suggested that my food be heated. that’s it so now I’m sitting there with cold Food. This wasn’t a cheap meal i asked for a to go box from manger who never came back with the box after been waiting long time she never apologized or anything
