I’ve never once got sauce today I had somebody else have their hands in my bag of food I asked for a replacement they defended it even though I recorded it. I’ve recorded my whole interaction in this McDonald’s due to the horrible horrible inconveniences I’ve seen once they remade my order. They made me wait over 35 minutes and made my order sit and get cold. I just can’t believe it’s simply McDonald’s. It shouldn’t be this bad and they shouldn’t be this rude and I am never negative in a McDonald’s establishment because it’s hard workers but this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been.

To employees taking 30 minutes to make a basic order when theyre not busy and then laughing about customers behind the window as if we cant hear them. then when you confront them, they throw food at you and slam doors in your face. excuse me? and this was a MANAGER.
