The combos are supposed to include OJ, but I was charged an extra $2.59 twice for the OJs—total rip-off. Tried explaining the mistake to the cashier multiple times; he seemed completely out of it, like he was high, and couldn't grasp the issue. Went to the pickup window—same problem with the worker there, who also appeared impaired and rudely told me to back up and talk to the cashier again. Unbelievable incompetence! On top of that, asked for 4 grape jellies—no jellies in the bag. Had to park, go inside, and explain everything to a Latina employee who actually understood immediately, apologized professionally, and fixed it right away. The first two (Black young guys tripping) were a nightmare; she was the only competent one. Avoid this location's drive-thru—total waste of time and money. 1 star.

- ABAlexis BellDec 30, 20251.0i came in around 1:40 am i know it late but nobody took my order for over 10 mins at the drive through when i pulled around i seen two people in the lobby just talking with three people in line. All i came to get was some ice. I honked my horn and even pulled around to the windows and at that point it seemed like i was being ignored. I've worked in fast food before and if there is going to be an extended wait it's only a courtesy to let someone know on the mic.
