I also like how you can just use the kiosk instead of talking to the worker’s (no disrespect it is just helpful for people who are very shy.) the food also looks very appealing! The environment is also very clean! I would definitely come again.

- MBMs. BosstonDec 16, 20253.0I placed an online order ahead of time, clearly so it would be ready by the time I arrived. Thinking I'd be able to just grab and go off of the mobile order cart. The shelf according to my last name was empty. I stood in line (noone was waiting) while multiple workers were laughing and joking with one another. A couple looked over at me waiting to be helped, but none offered assistance. After about 5 mins, a guy comes over, seemingly annoyed and says, "yes?". I told him I had a mobile order that was ready 15 mins ago. He walked to the mobile cart and says here it is. I asked why it wasnt put on the appropriate shelf by last name and he said thats not how they do it there. And mind you, the bag label with my name was turned away from the door, and on the wrong shelf. Food was decent, but poor customer service. Will not be back to this location.
