One star because I can not give 0. Review of Giant Supermarket I recently visited Giant Supermarket and encountered several issues that have prompted me to share my experience. Firstly, I noticed a significant discrepancy in pricing—specifically, a milk of the same brand priced at $4.99 at a nearby store is listed at $9.99 at Giant. While I understand that pricing may vary, the substantial difference suggests possible markup strategies that seem excessive. Additionally, I am concerned about a recent transaction where $19.08 was charged taken without my authorization. When I attempted to inquire about this and also asked why my bill included a charge for wings when none chosen , I was met with unprofessional customer service. The staff member on the phone hung up on me without providing any clarification or assistance. My expectation is for store policies to be transparent, fair, and respectful in customer interactions. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these standards. For those considering shopping at Giant, please be cautious and review your receipts carefully prior leaving . I hope that management takes this feedback seriously to improve the quality of customer service and pricing transparency. I have pictures, if anyone interested. Giant Prices Beware!!!!

I recently went to this store and got blatantly profiled. The security guard followed/harassed me everywhere I went; all of my shopping and checkout. The associate working at the checkout was also heavily surveilling me. I’m a younger Black woman who just wanted to shop for groceries in peace. I don’t feel safe to shop here and will avoid in the future.
