She said I couldn't get the sale price because I only bought four cases. I told her I was sorry, but there was definitely five cases in my cart. She then got disgruntled and said she would have to refund them all and re-ring them up. At the conclusion of the transaction, which took no more than 2 minutes, I told her thank you and received no response. I do not understand why I was treated with such hostility, especially considering the fact that there was no one in line behind me.
