The three women working this morning were incredibly rude and visibly annoyed to even be there — barking at customers about the tip screen (“you need to do the tip screen”) with ZERO basic courtesy. Meanwhile, the screen wouldn’t even close unless you selected something — so yes, you’re essentially forced to tip for terrible service. 😡 ☕ Coffee was burnt and weak. 🎧 The person preparing food had earbuds in and was throwing orders onto the counter like we were animals waiting for scraps. 🙄 No professionalism. No respect. I paid $12 for a burnt bagel with barely any cheese and bacon. 💸🔥 Completely unacceptable. This behavior should not be tolerated in any customer-facing business — especially in a busy airport where people are already stressed and tired. ✈️ Management seriously needs to address this. I’m disgusted by both the service and the product. 🤮 👉 Do better.

Then she refuses service unless I wish her a good morning. She needs to get herself checked for wearing sunglasses indoors at 7 am before showing attitude to paying patrons. Is she hiding the fact that she's intoxicated?
