  The drive thru person this morning around 7:30 was unprofessional and when I pulled up to the window some one was digging up their nose and proceeded to touch the food. I will never come back.

  This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been too. They are rude and not personable. Also, they will scan the app in their phone so they can get the points for your order. I have had it happen to me twice now. I didn’t realize it the first time, but the second time I watched them do it. I would go for convenience, but from here on out I will not be going there. Honestly, I may just be done with Dunkin altogether. I do not understand how the people there could get away with being as rude and steal from their customers. Never again!!!

  Don’t come here if you want quick service. This business is operated efficiently. We waited almost 30+ minutes to get a dozen donuts.

  For me this is truly the worst Dunkin you could go to. The workers are obviously i ordered 3 ice coffees and 2 avocado toast $25 and some change. I was handed 2 cups with spilled coffee on the outside and was told to have a nice day. We'll no could I have napkins to wipe my drinks off and the rest of my order. I just paid $25. I'm met with an eye roll. So now I'm handed my third drink and told to have a nice day once again. Do you need the recipe? This is what I'm feeling at this point another lady comes over i told her I needed my toast please. I'm handed a bag, I pull off and pull over check the food. I wish I took pictures before I toss it out, it looked as if they closed their eyes and made it. Bacon tasted old and looked as it was the bits that feel to the bottom of the oven. This order was for my children before they went to school. This was the slowest and most disrespectful place I've encountered in a long time. If you have the time please visit the Dunkin further up B&A @ Burwood shopping center.

  😩I legit order from here almost every morning and its seem like y'all have a bit of a straw shortage or something because I NEVER get a dang straw…🥲 y'all shove my food in the bag like its nothing… cant y'all stick a straw in there also?🥺 I choose to get my breakfast and coffee from here everyday trying to be a loyal customer.. I hated even making a review but dang it now its been almost a week straight of not receiving a single straw.. yes its a trivial thing but it matters when it keeps happening… get it together please and thank you.
