A++ for going above and beyond, thank you for all your hard work! Kiki and Ivan you are what customer service is all about! thank you for making a frustrating layover so much better!

The older lady came from around back as I was about to order and communicated that the toaster wasn’t working and there is not food. The young lady at the cash register said “perfect” That comment was unnecessary and rude! Why would you say that in front of a customer her entire demeanor was rude and unwelcoming!
