It was 7:35pm when we stopped at this Dunkin’ and the two young men working at this Dunkin’ on 2/21/26 told us that they were closed and refused to serve us. This location says that they’re open until 9pm and when I pointed that out to one of the young man at the register, he asked the other young man behind the counter and he told him to tell us that they close whenever the last flight leaves. My flight boarded at 8:58pm so clearly the two young man just simply did not want to assist us. I told them that all i wanted was coffee and not food but they still didn’t want to help us. They clearly just wanted to close before 8pm and didn’t care to assist a customer. Terrible customer service!
