The older lady came from around back as I was about to order and communicated that the toaster wasn’t working and there is not food. The young lady at the cash register said “perfect” That comment was unnecessary and rude! Why would you say that in front of a customer her entire demeanor was rude and unwelcoming!

I say, see you later! I walk further down to Dunkin' Donuts! On the wall it says $6 for a bagel, a donut and a coffee! I say hook me up! I walk off without my coffee and sit down. When I realize I'm missing the coffee! I turn around to go back and the girl, Nia is chasing me down with my coffee! Big smile on her face and tells me "you forgot your coffee. :)" This was great service! We need more people in this world as thoughtful as Nia!
