- ATAlex TafesseOct 17, 20251.0I came to get my coffee through the drive-through. After I paid, the employee told me to pick up my coffee by the side door. There was no one behind me, and since it’s a drive-through, that request didn’t make sense — but I still moved as asked. Unfortunately, there was a car blocking the side door, so I couldn’t move any further. Then the employee came out and insulted me, saying I was blocking the way and even called me “stupid.” I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional that was. I’ve never seen such disrespectful behavior from customer service. Because of this, I and my family will never return to this store. I’m sharing this so management can address the issue and make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers.
