Wait in a ridiculous line while noticing all the items listed as "SORRY WE'RE OUT" (see the pic) but really was craving ice cream and some banana. Finally get to the front to be told "No sorry you can't order anything from that menu". To which I replied, "Well that's absolutely stupid! Why have a sign that is false advertisement?" Never liked the airport or city, no offense, but this was absolutely trashy and downright a lie by the Dunkin Donuts to have a bigger draw.

And they did not wear gloves to touch or handle the food. Had to ask employees to wear gloves, and she only put one on. As she was scooping customers’ ice creams, she touched her face and then inside the ice cream bin. Another employee at the same time was eating in the back, touched her face, did not wash her hands, and then filled a customer’s order by touching their donut and coffee cup with the same hand she was wiping her face with. No regard for sanitization.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
