I just called a few moments ago to ask if they had this ice cream because the past five months that I've been going there tried to find it, I only was able to get it once. Then this rude Pakistani lady decided to ask me why I was asking for that ice cream and I told her that that is my favorite ice cream and they are the only ones that seem to have it. She then hung up the phone on me and when I tried to call back no one would answer the phone so I assumed that she just didn't want to speak about ice cream which happens to be Baskin-Robbins business. So I too will never return to this place to buy anything again because I actually do like their coffee and there banana splits but at the same time I will not be spoken to this way and at the same time actually being hung up on because she didn't want to go check to see if she had this ice cream available for me so I would not have to drive for nothing.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
