  Now seeing the 2.4 makes sense! The service was HORRIBLE, and she stole my card info! I'm not sure who the pregnant girl was, but she was VERY rude and without my permission and knowledge, took a pic of me bc I took a picture of my donuts in cups. If she can't provide great customer service, she find another industry to work in. She told me there wasn't food even though I was looking at donuts. I asked if they had orange juice she stated, "if it's in the bin!" Once I was told by another customer that she took a pic of me, I took one of the area. She was rolling her eyes at everyone and multiple people were in line discussing her attitude. The man with the dreads was just everywhere and didn't know what he was doing. I'm most definitely calling the corporate number.

  Checks all the boxes for a bad breakfast sandwich - expensive, cold, tastes like it was under a heat lamp for like 48 hours but somehow it’s still cold and missing the bacon. Might qualify as food, definitely not good food.

  Closest place to get a quick bite and drink while transferring planes in Baltimore. There was about a 10 minute wait which is to be expected for a busy terminal. The woman who took my order was efficient with handling multiple requests at once but not accurate. I requested a turkey egg and cheese croissant but received an English muffin instead only realizing after I was already on the plane which was such an inconvenience. Wasn’t able to enjoy my food because it wasn’t what I asked for. Not to mention my spouse ordered a hot chocolate and they gave them a coffee instead causing us to have to wait longer after the rest of the order had been prepared. Wouldn’t return to this location again.

  This is the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I placed a mobile order of coffee, a bagel and a donut. I got the coffee and bagel, but then waited for the donut. After 10 minutes of me standing there waiting, the cashier rudely asked me what I was waiting for and when I told her a donut she rudely replied that they don’t see donuts and I have to ask for it. How am I supposed to know that? There were two employees in the back just on their phones instead of helping the long line of people as well. I will not be ordering from this Dunkin again.

  Complete waste of time. I waited 15 minutes for a latte only to be told it was out of stock. If I wanted to wait forever for something that isn't available, I would’ve gone to McDonald’s for a McFlurry. Dunkin', do better. Save yourself the headache and just go to the Starbucks nearby instead
