  This has happened on more than three occasions now: whenever I order my drinks and provide specific instructions on how I want them prepared, they never deliver them exactly as I requested. The servers just start chatting amongst themselves in their own language. The service is very poor. It has been a bad experience for me.

  Drive thru times are usually fast unless someone places an order they should have gone in to get. Coffee is always good and hot, the donuts are fresh. The sandwiches and such are ok but I think that’s more of a Dunkin thing than anything that has to do with the people that work here. You can only work with what they give you.

  These women working here are very rude. They don’t like it when you have questions like what type of ice cream do they have. There are no flavors of ice cream on the drive thru ordering window. They don’t like to check what flavors are available. They roll their eyes a lot and grunt for anything. Please make sure you pay attention to your orders, because a lot of times they get it wrong.

  First i’d like to say i come to dunkin a couple times a day so im a loyal costumer. You would think these ignorant women that work there see my face daily would smile or be nice no they are nasty unfriendly and always have an attitude. It’s all the time every single woman that works there is nasty and rude. You got 10 people working not busy at all and it’s all day getting coffee no smiles no sorry for your wait no shit and i’m fed up to the point where i gotta take time out my day to complain about yall. Dunkin do better when yall hire people cause these women are awful and everyone complains all my family friends co workers say the same. Costumer service is number 1 DO BETTER
