  I ordered through the app and asked for some extra sour cream, corn, and lettuce added to my bowl. They didn’t really add extra lettuce. It looked like the regular amount they do. I got to the store about 6min after my order and my food came out maybe after 2min of waiting. There was a line of people but my food came out really fast so I was glad since originally it said I may have to wait about 10-20min for my food. Food tasted good and the portions were not too bad at this location.

  Unfortunately another bad experience at this location. Placed an order via the Chipotle app for pickup. When I got there at the designated pickup time, was told that someone else must have picked up my order and that I needed to cancel the order because they weren't going to remake it (order showed as completed and paid in the app, card charged, so cancelling not an option btw) and then was told to contact corporate. Apparently this happens quite frequently. Maybe Chipotle needs to change this process? Word has obviously gotten out that anyone can just walk in and grab a bag off of the 'Pick Up' shelf without providing proof of order. Free food for the fiends while us paying customer have to jump thru hoops to get the food we've paid for. Also.....What is up with the shrinkflation? Prices of everything go up, I get it but you literally have to call them out every time or you get minimal ingredients. All rice, minimal protein seems to the the norm.

  Chipotle has really gone downhill over the years! The lady making the food got mad when I asked her to change her gloves before making my food. AFTER i observed her walking around touching everything and kicking stuff up off of the floor. She pretended she didn’t know what I was saying, so when I said it in spanish she looked at her coworker and started laughing holding her hands up. I will be calling the health department. There was all types of stuff in the meats. Couldn’t tell if it was mold or old greens. Either way, I left the bowl and won’t ever return.

  I visited this Chipotle on 3/13 ant 7:22pm and had a pretty disappointing experience at the register. I ordered a kids meal along with my bowl. When I got to the register, the cashier asked if I wanted apple juice or milk and if I wanted the small bag of chips that comes with the kids meal. I chose apple juice and said yes to the chips. While she was ringing me up, another customer came up about not receiving their guacamole, and the cashier became distracted talking with her. She handed me my receipt and I went to sit down. When I checked my bag, the apple juice wasn’t in there. I went back to the counter and politely told her I didn’t receive the apple juice. She questioned me and said she didn’t put it in there while I was standing there looking through the bag. I explained that she may have gotten distracted while speaking with the other customer. She eventually gave me the apple juice. After leaving the store, I realized the small bag of chips from the kids meal also wasn’t in the bag. I parked, went back inside with my receipt, and told her the chips were missing as well. Her response was, “So I didn’t put the apple juice or the chips in the bag?” in a tone that felt very accusatory. I told her I wouldn’t be coming back into the store if I had actually received them and even offered to go get the bag from my car to show her. She replied that I had already taken it out of the store. She did give me the chips in the end, but the way the situation was handled felt very rude and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, especially when things get busy, but questioning customers like that instead of simply fixing the issue isn’t good customer service. The cashier told me her name was Carina when I asked. I hope management can address situations like this because it left a really poor impression.
