    i come to this topgolf soooo much and always get the nachos but now they changed them ! bring back the old nachos. the new ones aren’t nearly as good, skimped on the steak, and just overall got soggy a lot more quickly. two of the games were glitching, the sonic game and the block party game and we told our bay host who told a manager and the manager said they can’t do anything and it just happens … 😭 normally i really enjoy topgolf but this time the experience was not it

    I was hit in the face by a minor slicing the ball backwards across booths. No accountability by the franchise or the family. No nets between booths is a horrible combination. The legal team just made sure I didn’t got the hospital before proceeding to dismiss my case. I can’t believe this place hasn’t succumbed to class action lawsuits. Avoid at all costs.

    We had a blast! With being the Monday after Easter, it was packed, but Kyle S was a fantastic server and catered to all of our needs, even creating a new fun drink for our teen, where then other tables started ordering it! Thanks for everything, Kyle!

    It's certainly been a while but, I've visited this location twice. 6'20'2021 Father's Day w the fam. 3'28'2026 Hubby and I with another couple. On 6.20.2021 Overall great visit! I picked this place to surprise my husband with a Father's Day activity. This was both of our 1st visit. Our boys had been at least twice by now. It's a nice big facility, with plenty of parking, clean premises, plenty of space to still social distance whether mandated or not. We all had so much fun and the food was so good! We were assisted by Jordan and Shae who were pretty awesome. We were up on bay 307, I forgot I'm scared of heights when I requested that high bay. My family enjoyed it, that was all that mattered to me. Please believe I will be down on the 1st or 2nd floor next time! We had a great time and I look forward to returning again sooner than later! On 3.28.2026 We were assisted by Josh at our bay who was pretty awesome. He was very humble, consistent, and pleasant. We ordered Green Tea Shots, Hot Toddy, Wings, Burger, and a Chicken Sandwich. All tasty and good.

    Probabaly the worst golf experience i have ever had. 2 minutes into sitting down in get a Pepsi shower courtesy of the waiter spilling 5-8 drinks all over me. Of course we had to ask to be moved to another bay ourselves because no one else thought to do that courtesy for us while they were mopping down our area. I was then offered a Pepsi to drink since wearing it wasnt enough. I ordered an old fashioned and it just never came. I wasnt even offered a free drink or game credit for this terrible experience. Of course it was fun to golf with wet pants, shoes, and socks. No manager ever came out to even address the incident with me or check on my experience. Terrible customer service. Mind you its 60 degrees out. With service like this I see why these businesses aren't doing too hot. Loved that the employee's also laughed at the situation as if that was okay. UPDATE: The Operations manager from this location reached out to me and tried his very best to make me whole on my awful experience there. Which I appreciated. So I will be going back to give them another shot. He did not push back on coming up with a solution that made sense for me and I appreciated that.
