  I frequent Taco Bell’s all over Maryland and 9/10 my order is messed up. The crew working tonight was slammed and looked to be short staffed. My order was messed up however they rectified the situation quickly and made things right.

  This is literally the worst Taco Bell 😭 It ALWAYS takes at MINIMUM 30 mins to get your food. App, in store, drive through- 30+ mins. Delivery will take at least 60-90 mins, always. AND they still manage to get your order wrong CONSISTENTLY. There is just something wrong with this location..

  One of the worst dining experiences I've had. My two orders took nearly an hour to arrive. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Went to Taco Bell for the 2nd time it has been a while since the last time I got it. The dude taking my order was very unprofessional and rude, there were literal ants walking on the floor and even inside their kitchen. The floors were super dirty and there was literal dirt on every single tile. The cashier treated me very poorly and didint even smile once and looked like he hated me or his job. Ok so I just opened my food and eat some of it just mostly the fries. Once I took a bite out of my Chicken Catina Burrito, I spotted some pink meat looking stuff looked a little like pork etc. I removed Pink cabbage, the tomato stuff and the cheese so there was supposed to be nothing pink or purple. The texture of it was exactly like meat so I called to ask for their manager since it’s like 25 mins from my house. The manager also didn’t apologize however she did say they can check at the place once I bring it to her. I also told her about the customer service how they treated me poorly and rude, as well as the dirty floors. She was like ok but she didn’t take the blame and tried to justify it which just explains how biased and unprofessional she is. She said that there isn’t supposed to be anything purple or such in the burrito. I hung up on her and opened my Chuatlapas and they had the same pink texture meat as well I removed the bacon. And the food wasn’t fresh and tasted very ver bad as well. Would never go here again ever, what a disgusting place. I threw everything in the trash then. And also their kitchen looked disgusting from the outside as well and everybody was just making ur order fastly and not caring about it. Trust me, they do not care about your order and if they mess it up, they will blame it on you. SUCH A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND TIME!
