  The food was great. But the person in front was rude. I ask him for more extra onions And he told me, cannot give me more. I offer him to pay extra and he told me no it was at 5pm today 4/16/2026.

  I am writing this to document a deeply unprofessional experience at this location. Despite having a confirmed and paid digital order through the Subway app, the staff was dismissive, claiming the order did not exist, and forced a significant delay while they ignored the digital queue. The conduct of the staff was consistently hostile. They were argumentative regarding national promotional pricing, sighed audibly when asked for standard service, and failed to follow basic order instructions. Most notably, an employee added unwanted ingredients to a sandwich while a question was still being asked, then became defensive when the error was pointed out. The manager’s lack of oversight and the staff’s overall attitude suggest a persistent issue with customer service and competency at this branch. Based on this experience and the pattern of similar reports from other customers, I will not be returning and would advise others to take their business elsewhere.
