  Every time I order here they always and I mean always get my order incorrect either something is missing or something is just not in the bag and even when I come into the restaurant to let them know they simply do it again and again I’m done spending my money with McDonald’s fix your damn service

  Please change the water filter on your drive thru fountain soda machine! Germantown water has a funk to it that you can taste in unfiltered tap water! Ruined a crispy Sprite!

  They handed me the kid’s meal after giving it to another customer by mistake. I am sure the other person had opened it in their car as they returned it and received another two happy meals later. The staff kept lying that the previous customer didn’t open it. If they didn’t open it, how did they know the things inside were wrong? I thought it was the McDonald’s policy that they will not give the food after another customer touched it. Did they change the policy? What is even more disappointing is that the staff lied. I threw it out after getting home though as I am a little worried about food safety. It was just a few bucks but it says a lot about this location.

  I made and order Drive thru, took forever I went inside to pick it up and They canceled my order. 20 min wait and the cancel my order.
