  I had a very disappointing experience here, a very disappointing experience here, especially since it was my first time visiting. We went around 11 PM because we were hungry, expecting a quick and pleasant visit before closing. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all. From the moment we walked in, one of the employees (possibly a manager) made us feel very uncomfortable. She was wearing glasses and had a tattoo on her arm. Her attitude was extremely rude and unwelcoming. The way she spoke to us was disrespectful, and she didn’t even greet us or acknowledge us properly. She kept giving us side looks and seemed annoyed that we were there. While we were trying to look at the menu, she acted impatient and unfriendly. At one point, it even felt like she was talking about us and laughing with another employee, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. As first-time customers, this was really upsetting and unprofessional. On top of that, we had to wait more than 30 minutes for our order, even though we arrived before closing. The long wait combined with the poor customer service made the whole experience frustrating. Overall, we did not feel welcomed at all. This was our first visit, and it turned out to be the worst experience. I would not recommend this place, especially if that employee is working. Customer service matters, and this was completely unacceptable especially since it was my first time visiting.   This has to be one of the worst experiences in a while. The food is objectively terrible, the skin had no crisp on the chicken fingers, spicing was bad, and the sando was very small. We paid $22 for JUST the sando and chicken fingers. Better yet- on their Kiosk where you virtually order, they did not disclose how many chicken fingers came with an $11.99 chicken fingers meal. Only 3 extremely small fingers came out; the ones at Mcdonalds’ are larger. Overall has to be the worst chicken place in all of Maryland. We are never coming here again.
