- MMMSNov 16, 20252.0The smoothies were good but their process for app orders needs improvement. They have a clearly marked shelving unit for app orders yet they don’t use it. They just pile it up behind the counter where the customer can’t get to it. They stated they do this when it’s busy but there were only a couple of customers in the store.

I waited for at least 5-10 mins before anyone even spoke to us. This specific location seems to be in a nice part of town so I did expect better service and conditions. I decided to eat my food in the store after being on the road for the last 5+ hours. It was 89 degrees in the store, hotter than what it was outside. I asked for a cup of tap water and they charged me .53 cents for it which I thought was outrageous considering how hot it was in the store and I already purchased 2 wraps. Overall I wasn’t impressed. I regularly eat at tropical smoothies across the east coast but I likely won’t be back to this location. Nickel and diming is not how you keep loyal customers esp when it’s hot out and you already aren’t maintaining a decent temperature in the store
