The first time was months ago they made an awful smoothie I always get that they somehow ruined that day. I called and spoke to a manager who assured me they’d make it right, but they never followed up to do anything about it. Today they refused to honor a perfectly good promo for a free smoothie and redirected me to the “customer service” knowing there is no phone number or immediate support. Mind you this was the manager himself who was more than capable of honoring a perfectly good promo. This location gives tropical smoothie a terrible name. I have a bunch of rewards because I used to spend a bunch of money here and haven’t used them because I dislike this location that much. I don’t buy from tropical anymore because of management here.

They just pile it up behind the counter where the customer can’t get to it. They stated they do this when it’s busy but there were only a couple of customers in the store.
