- JMJessica ManteJul 31, 20251.0I just left this location! I received a coupon in the mail, so I decided to get a couple of sandwiches. First off the guy dropped the knife. He picked it up to wash it, THEN used the same wet gloves to make my sandwiches. I was thinking “ok the germs will die once it gets in the oven”. After he made it I gave him the coupon and he said the coupon machine wasn’t working and I asked “why not?” It’s the shoulder shrug and the nonchalant tone that did it for me. I could have paid the $24, but it was just annoying so I told them I didn’t want the sandwiches. Someone needs to take their staff through customer service training.
