Carts are being left in areas where cars need to drive through creating difficulty getting around parking lot. It is hard enough getting around mountains of snow, now drivers have to deal with carts being in the way.

Then when I told her I wasn’t refunded she told me it would take a day or two to go back on my card but she was unsure. It’s been two weeks and I called Safeway -spoke with her and she finally admitted to charging my card. Mind you, she’s the manager. I told the general manager the day that this happened that Marleen did not know what she was doing and needed to be taken off the floor. $66.22.. and my other card in the amount of .07. The day this happened I called and spoke with her and she was extremely rude. Told me she had other customers to help when she charged my card without my permission and kept denying that she charged my card. Demote her. Super unprofessional, is not trained correctly.
