The next day, one hour before pickup, we got a notification via text and email that our cupcake order was ready. We get there and no cupcakes! The lady blamed someone else for not doing the cupcakes and asked for 30 minutes. Upon our return, they asked if we paid because it wasn’t showing in their system either! I showed receipts, the texts and the emails! I’m not going to be able to purchase cupcakes online with out paying— DUHH!!!!! I demanded a discount for their foolishness and wasting our time all morning! The manager gave $5 off and walked away! We were never rude or disrespectful, so to be completely dismissed pissed us off! Do not use this Safeway for your party needs! Terrible management and terrible customer service! No one knows what they’re doing there!
